JENNIFER JOHNSON & KATRINA MACGIBBON

As a parent, a former educator, an entrepreneur and a passionate change-maker, Jennifer Johnson is on a mission to empower young people to be their best selves to create a better world. She has an M.A. in Education in Curriculum, Teaching and Organizational Learning and has been a curriculum writer and designed and implemented numerous transformational programs over the span of her career. As a parent of two children, her focus is on nurturing self-leadership skills and the ability to navigate an increasingly dynamic world with compassion, resilience, and authenticity.

Katrina MacGibbon holds a M.Ed. from OISE where she studied Human Development and Applied Psychology. Katrina has worked for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Bangladesh implementing inclusion and empowerment programs for youth. She also managed a number of governance projects focused on child advocacy in youth detention centres.  Katrina also worked with WE Charity and consulted and advised non-profit organizations on educational curriculum strategy, development and implementation. Katrina is passionate about creating more inclusive spaces for young people to thrive. Katrina moved to Australia in 2020 and enjoys yoga, meditation and time being out in nature with her family.
