Tiyahna Ridley-Padmore is an author and Equity and Inclusion Strategist who leverages her background in research, policy and advocacy to address systemic gaps and social inequalities both in Canada and internationally. In 2020, she released Trailblazers: The Black Pioneers Who Have Shaped Canada, a children's book that introduces readers to Canada’s Black history through the stories of forty powerful Black change-makers. She holds an MA in Public Policy from York University and a BA in Political Science and Communications from the University of Ottawa. As an anti-racist advocate, Tiyahna believes in the transformative power of dynamic dialogue.
