I am Nêheyawin, a Plains Cree Mother of 6 from Big River First Nations. I graduated from the First Nations University in Prince Albert Saskatchewan with my Bachelors of Indigenous Education in 2015. I taught for a few years and when our baby girl was born with health complications three years ago, I decided to stay home to care for her fulltime. Homeschooling has been an interest for a while now so when the world issues caused my 3 school age children to stay home last February, we decided to keep them home and I started homeschooling. I also started a small home business last year.
Come learn how to count from one to ten in this session. Hear and see the words, practice what you've learned, and hear a song. This session includes some flashcards and extra resources.
