SESSION: CONTEXT - THE KEY TO LEARNING AND WORLDVIEW FORMATION
Context is something many people give lip service to, but rarely fully appreciate. In fact, context goes deeper than the immediately adjacent facts of whatever is being studied: it can also be used to create links between subject areas, and between what is studied and one's worldview. Contextualization is actually the key to integrating what is taught with the character, judgement, principles and loves of the student. Esther covers all levels of contextualization, with a particular emphasis on current events as the crossroads of context and worldview.
