SESSION: YOUR CHILD IS AMAZING

Your Child Is Amazing!  Use Your Child's Strengths To Open Up Learning Pathways
Kids can shut down when they think something is too difficult.  When kids feel and say negative things about themselves it stifles learning. Once they see themselves through 'their strengths', their brains open up.  Learning becomes easier as their self-image begins to change.  This workshop guides you through making a "Strengths" book.  Let's change our kid's brains from focusing on how hard something is to how amazingly talented they are!
Bring 3 pieces of blank paper, crayons, markers or colored pencils, and a list of 5 things your child is good at doing.  If you can take a picture of your child doing each of those things, it will be even more powerful!  See you there!
