Chess lesson for beginners taught on zoom through the interactive Lichess website. Classes are divided into concepts, games and personalized exercises. Students will improve on skills such as Problem Solving, Deductive Reasoning and Creative Thinking by solving chess puzzles and executing a systematic process. I am a chess teacher who's ranking is at a National Master level. I have been playing chess since my grandfather taught me when I was 6 with my highest ranking being 5th in Quebec. I have taught over 500 students and 3000 lessons in group and private settings. I have taught homeschoolers in partnership with different associations across Canada. I like to keep the classes super engaging, asking questions every second possible to keep the students constantly thinking. I blend education, fun, class participation and games into classes that strive on improving creative thinking and problem solving skills.
