Moving your body is good not only for physical health, but mental, spiritual and emotional health as well. Experience creative, expressive movement that’s safe, easy to do, and offers many benefits. In this FUN session, get a taste of:

  • The BrainDance (pattern of 8 movements that reorganize the central nervous system to help improve performance, focus, attention & coordination); and
  • Nia (fusion fitness technique blending dance arts, martial arts and healing arts to positively impact the hippocampus of the brain, improving memory and cognitive function).

Session engages you in dance-based movement, so dress comfortably (in layers) and bring a water bottle.
